Is there a timeline for when a fix may be available?

At this moment, our product developers are working on a solution to address this issue and a replacement kit is going to be sent to every Torrent owner, as well as updating the Fan Hub solution for our existing and future customers. 

The timeline is on schedule, we are expecting to start shipping out the replacement kits to Torrent owners starting September 15th. As for availability, please refer to this form.
